2002/2004 TM250 4T - BLACK DREAM
This bike has been Jeff’s project bike for the last couple of years. With over 500 dyno runs it has been the focus of some serious development. Extensive modifications raise peak power from 28BHP TO MID 30’S. With increased bottom end from 11BHP to 18+BHP. Stall resistance is also increased.

With all the modifications done to the 2003 engine everyone who rides it mistakes this engine for a 400! NO BULL! Latest cylinder porting was developed in August ’03 and has increased the top end at the rev. limiter a staggering 50% over standard. The power doesn’t drop off making it super fast in drag races - will beat most 2 strokes and 400 four strokes!

2002/2003 TM300E
With this model we have developed changes to increase the bottom end, similar to a KTM 300. The standard midrange hit has been eliminat ed with Jaydee jetting, ignition, pipe, power valve and gearing settings. There is no loss in mid to top end - just a seamless increase in power making the ’03 TM300E one of our favorite all time 2 stroke bikes.

How fast do you want to go? The standard engine had a drilled airbox, cored muffler, and had been jetted. Modified engine featured Jaydee ported head, hi-comp modified piston, Barrett exhaust system and dyno tuned.

Just for interest. The Husky has more top and mid range with a Jaydee pipe. Both bikes had been dyno tuned. Very similar power but very different feel when you ride the bikes.

KTM 380exc 1999+15% midrange - stage 2
This customer wanted a faster 380! Top end wasn’t going to help so stage 2 porting was done for bottom end, mid range and dyno tuned for smooth power. Throttle crack mono’s in top gear on ¼ throttle! Impressive engine as so smooth and easy to ride. Mods suits all KTM 250,300,360 & 380 models.

Airbox lid cut, stock exhaust and muffler. Custom needle machined and jetted. More power and smoother. Runs better at low RPM with improved stall resistance.Mods. suit all KTM 640’s
GasGas 300e 2002+25% increase - stage 3
Jaydee engine stage 3. Standard pipe, muffler, carby. Ported barrel, cylinder head mods. Crankcase split, welded and reshaped. Dyno tuned. 39BHP stock. 50BHP modified with no loss os bottom end.
Mods suit all Gas Gas 300’s.
